3. Why is there a 3.5% fee?

The 3.5% charge is typically a fee imposed by the merchant or payment processor.

Keep in mind that Ndanda Tours Limited doesn’t initiate the provision charge but rather the bank.

4. How to know if the online payment is successful?

Once you have initiated payment, you will receive a confirmation message and an online receipt. Do send a copy of the receipt to confirm payment on our side.

5. What to do if a credit card transaction fails?

If your transaction fails, it’s important to contact your bank or credit card issuer. They might have flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent due to its international nature.

2. What are the bank charges incurred during a transfer?

It’s essential to account for potential charges the beneficiary’s bank might apply. These charges typically range from $25 to $75, depending on the bank used to process the transfer.

3. What’s the next step after a transfer?

Once the transfer is made, send a confirmation receipt so we can follow up with the bank.

4. How long does it take for funds to reach us?

Please note that wire transfer takes 3 to 7 working days for the funds to be credited to our account.

Confirmed Reservation

Ndanda Tours Limited will consider a booking to be valid upon receiving 35% payment based on the total amount invoiced to the client.

The remaining 65% must be completed 40 days before arrival. However, full payment is mandatory for a tour booked in less than 40 days.
