Booking terms & conditions
We understand that mutual agreement is essential for a successful business partnership. Therefore, we have outlined the terms and conditions between Ndanda Tours Limited (“the Company”) and the esteemed client (“the Client”) for all bookings made by the Client or an agent on behalf of the Client.
Please note that the company reserves the right to modify prices and certain conditions in response to changes in government taxes or third-party services that are beyond our control. We assure you that any such changes will be made with due consideration to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Furthermore, in the unlikely event that any booking violates our Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to cancel it. Please be assured that we will always strive to find an amicable solution to any issues that may arise.
We kindly request that the client arrange their travel insurance to cover any potential medical expenses and other relevant issues. In the interest of our clients' safety and well-being, we advise those with medical conditions such as advanced pregnancy, heart disease, physical disabilities, mental illness, or chronic diseases to refrain from engaging in risky activities such as trekking and extensive walking safaris. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable travel experience.
To secure a booking, the Client is required to deposit 35% of the total cost. This amount will be considered an initial payment from the total invoiced to the Client/agent. The remaining 65% of the total price is due 40 days before the start of the safari.
However, full payment is mandatory for a tour booked in less than 40 days.
If a client or an agent wants to cancel a scheduled trip, they must inform the travel company in writing for the cancellation to be effective. Cancellation charges will be applied based on the time of cancellation, as outlined below. These charges are calculated based on the total cost of the tour. The fees are as follows:
- 20% administrative charges for a booking cancelled 2 months or more before the safari
- 50% charge for a booking cancelled 30 days before the start of the safari
- 100% charge for a booking cancelled in less than 29 days before arrival
We love hearing from our customers and welcome any feedback they may have. If you encounter any situation that seems off or unsatisfactory, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact. We promise to work hard to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In case of any issues during your safari, please inform your guide, and we'll do our best to ensure you have a fantastic experience.
We take great care in selecting hotels and lodges that meet and exceed our client's expectations. We look for accommodations with exceptional facilities, such as luxurious bedding, high-quality amenities, and attentive staff. Our goal is to create an experience that feels like home while providing a touch of luxury. When you choose our services, you can expect to feel pampered and cared for every step of the way.
Our safari prices are designed to cater to all types of travellers, regardless of your budget. Whether you're looking for a budget-friendly or luxurious experience, we have you covered.
The cost of your safari will be determined by several factors, including the duration of your trip, the standard of accommodation you choose, the number of travellers in your group, and the specific activities you have planned. We strive to offer fair prices that are reflective of the outstanding experience you will have on your safari adventure.
We kindly remind our valued clients that the Company is responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience while on board. To ensure a smooth and trouble-free journey, we kindly request that our clients observe and comply with Tanzania's laws, customs, and regulations throughout their visit.
During safari activities, our knowledgeable and experienced guides and drivers are always on hand to provide expert advice and guidance. We kindly ask that our clients always follow their instructions to ensure a successful and memorable safari experience.
We recommend booking a tour at least 2-3 months before arrival. This gives us enough time to plan and choose accommodations that match your preferences.
However, for special tours like Serengeti Migration or any other safari during peak season (June to September) we highly recommend booking six months in advance. This is because many tourists travel during this time, leading to hotels being fully booked.
Nevertheless don't worry if you're making a last-minute booking. Whether you're a month or just a week away from your arrival, we guarantee a smooth and incredible safari.
No matter when you book, we always deliver exceptional tours that make travelers come back for more!
