Awaken to the beautiful nature completed by a hot breakfast. Go for a day’s game drive exploring the fourth-largest park. This beautiful natural sanctuary is diversified with wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, leopards, buffalos, wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and hippos.

In the evening, make your way back to Vuma hills tented camp.

This is the day that we set out to Selous, the largest game reserve in Africa. You will arrive in the early afternoon, which will give you enough time to explore the remarkable attractions of this world heritage site.

Later, you will transfer to Siwandu tented camp and call it a day.

Leave for a day’s game drive in search for large population of elephants and lions as they are abundant in the reserve. Other animals also reside in the reserve including hippos, buffalos, waterbuck, hartebeest, greater kudu, Nyasaland gnu, spotted hyenas, elands and sable antelopes.

River Rufiji(Tanzania’s biggest river) happens to pass by the reserve thus creating a network of swamps and water channels serving as the main water source for the animals during dry season. The river also offers enjoyable boat rides with splendid views ahead.

In the evening, transfer back to Siwandu tented camp.

This is the last day that will start with an early morning game drive. Return to the hotel for breakfast, before starting a journey to Dar-es-salaam city.

Arrive in the afternoon where you will check in a hotel or transfer to the airport for departure.
