Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world. Its nature is of a unique occurrence since it has snow and is located in the tropics which is rare to find. What makes it more entertaining is the fact that it has five different vegetation zones which are plantation, rainforest, moorland, alpine desert and glaciated zone.
The mountain provides a challenging yet interesting climb throughout the top. This is because it provides different trekking routes to fit most climbers based on their experiences.
